Direct Clicks Inc.

Privacy Notice

Effective July 31, 2026

Plain-language summary

Your calculator entries, salesperson names, agency name, office locations, uploaded prior reports, and generated PDFs stay in your browser unless you expressly choose to contribute privacy-protected results to industry benchmarks. An email address is required only when you request a PDF download. Email and text reminders, along with benchmark contribution, are separate optional choices.

This notice supplements the company-wide Direct Clicks Inc. Privacy Policy for this ROI tool.

Information processed in your browser

The ROI tool processes marketing spend, households sold, premium, commission assumptions, salesperson names, office details, and report results in your browser. A temporary browser-session draft may preserve those entries if the page reloads. Closing the browser session clears that draft. A prior Direct Clicks PDF uploaded for trend analysis is read locally and is not uploaded to Direct Clicks Inc.

Report download and reminder information

When you request a PDF, we collect your email address, the report type, reporting month, request time, and reminder choices. We collect a cell phone number only when you enter one and affirmatively request text reminders. We use this information to provide the report-download workflow, record consent, send requested reminders, understand interest in the tool, and follow up about Direct Clicks Inc. services.

The report downloads to your device; it is not emailed unless the tool clearly says otherwise. You can change or withdraw reminder choices on a later download. Text recipients can also reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to reminders is not required to use the calculator or download a report.

Optional industry benchmarking

If you check the benchmark contribution option, we store summarized report metrics such as reporting month, office count, team size, lead-source category, marketing spend, households, premium, estimated commission, Cost Per Household, and ROI. We replace your email with a salted, one-way pseudonymous identifier so repeat monthly contributions can be compared without storing the email in benchmark tables. Because the identifier supports longitudinal reporting and verified privacy requests, these internal records are pseudonymized rather than anonymous.

Benchmark records do not include your email, phone number, agency name, office location, salesperson names, uploaded files, or PDF contents. Custom source names are reduced to a general Other / Custom category. We use this data to develop aggregate insurance-agency marketing benchmarks and trend reports. Public benchmark breakdowns will use groups of at least 10 contributors and will not expose an individual agency's record.

HubSpot and service providers

Report-download contact details and report context may be submitted to HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider. Financial report metrics and salesperson-level data are not sent to HubSpot. Hosting, database, security, communications, and network providers may process limited information on our behalf to operate the site. We do not sell report contact information or benchmark records.

Cookies and aggregate analytics

The ROI tool does not use advertising cookies. We collect limited first-party, aggregate events such as report starts, completions, downloads, and benchmark participation. Those event counters do not contain calculator entries, contact details, names, IP addresses, or device identifiers. Hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs. To limit automated abuse, we may temporarily store a salted, one-way version of an IP address in hourly request counters; we do not store the raw IP address in those counters.

Retention and security

We retain contact, consent, and benchmark information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including data minimization and access controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may use the calculators without providing contact information. Contact details are required only for a PDF request, and reminder and benchmark choices remain optional. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal information is used, and to receive equal service when exercising those rights. Direct Clicks Inc. does not sell or share this information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Submit privacy requests to customersuccess@directclicksinc.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Children

This business tool is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the tool, benchmark program, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
